Build System
Once the brief is agreed, our UK-based DevOps and full-stack engineering team gets to work. We build your system to the exact specification agreed in Step 01 - no scope creep, no surprises.
Whether you're implementing a standard configuration or a fully bespoke platform, our process is the same regular internal milestones, clear progress tracking, and a build that stays on brief.
You won't be left in the dark. We provide regular updates and are available throughout the build to answer questions or discuss any emerging requirements.

Client Demo
We demonstrate your system on a staging server a fully working version of your platform, populated with representative data so you can experience it exactly as your team will.
This is your opportunity to see everything in action, raise questions, and request refinements. We document every piece of feedback and incorporate it before moving forward ensuring the final system is exactly right.
We never rush this stage. A thorough demo and feedback cycle means you go live with confidence, not crossed fingers.

Build Reports
This step is what separates a useful system from a transformative one. We work closely with you to identify the data your business needs then set up auto-generated reports that deliver it without any manual effort.
Whether it's daily operational summaries, compliance reports, financial overviews, or performance dashboards we configure your reporting suite to the exact metrics and formats your team uses.
Once set up, your reports run automatically emailed, exported, or displayed on your dashboard exactly when you need them.

Go Live
Going live is never just flipping a switch. We agree a launch date with your team, plan the transition carefully, and are fully present on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We upload your pre-existing data into the system so you're not starting from a blank slate. Your team is trained, your reports are running, and your stakeholders are briefed.
And after go-live, we stay on hand. This is the start of an ongoing relationship not the end of a project.
