We demonstrate your system on a staging server a fully working version of your platform, populated with representative data so you can experience it exactly as your team will.
This is your opportunity to see everything in action, raise questions, and request refinements. We document every piece of feedback and incorporate it before moving forward ensuring the final system is exactly right.
We never rush this stage. A thorough demo and feedback cycle means you go live with confidence, not crossed fingers.

We upload your pre-existing data into the system so you're not starting from a blank slate. Your team is trained, your reports are running, and your stakeholders are briefed.
And after go-live, we stay on hand. This is the start of an ongoing relationship not the end of a project.

How long does a typical implementation take?
It depends on the scope. A standard product implementation typically takes 4–8 weeks. A fully bespoke platform can take 3–6 months. We'll give you an accurate timeline at Step 01 before any commitment is made.
Do you offer standard packages or is it always bespoke?
Both. Our six products FieldServ, DIAL, DIAL Healthcare, ConstructR, FinServ, and FoodTrace each have a standard implementation you can start with — or we can go fully bespoke from day one. Many clients start standard and expand.
What happens to our existing data?
We upload all your pre-existing data as part of Step 05. You don't start from scratch. We work with your data team to ensure everything migrates cleanly and is verified before go-live.
Is there ongoing support after go-live?
Yes — we include a 30-day post-launch support window as standard, and ongoing development and support packages are available. Most of our clients have a long-term relationship with us that extends well beyond the initial build.
Can we integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Our platforms are built to integrate with enterprise systems including ERP, SAP, IBM, Oracle, and most REST API-compatible platforms. We discuss integration requirements in detail at Step 01.
